The Ralli Wolf OS-303 is a dust-free, dual-action orbital sander built for clean, efficient surface finishing in automotive refinishing, woodworking and general fabrication work. Its dust-free design pulls sanding debris away from the work surface as it operates, keeping the workspace cleaner and reducing the amount of airborne dust operators breathe in during extended sanding sessions.

The dual-action mechanism combines rotary and orbital movement, delivering a smoother, more even finish than a purely rotary sander while reducing the risk of visible swirl marks — particularly useful on paint, primer and body filler work where surface finish quality matters. A 5" velcro-type pad allows quick sandpaper changes without adhesives or clips slowing down the job.

Running at 10,000 RPM with a 5mm orbit diameter, the OS-303 is tuned for fine finishing rather than heavy material removal. As with all Ralli Wolf air tools, it requires a compressed air supply at 90 PSI, draws 12 cfm through its 1/4" air inlet and 3/8" hose, and needs oil lubrication for reliable long-term performance. At just 0.9kg, it stays light and manageable through long finishing sessions.
