The Ralli Wolf RWCUT 2500 CNC Plasma / Flame Cutting Machine is a heavy-duty gantry-type CNC cutting system designed for precision and efficient cutting of metal materials. It combines plasma and flame cutting capabilities, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial metal fabrication applications.
The machine features a 2500 mm track width, 1800 mm effective cutting width, 8000 mm track length, and 6500 mm effective track length. Its heavy-duty gantry structure, high-tension rail system, dual-side rack and pinion drive, and linear motion guides provide stable and accurate torch movement.
The RWCUT 2500 incorporates Panasonic servo motors and drivers, an FLSK 2300B controller, FastCAM nesting software, IGUS Germany drag chain, and automatic torch height-control systems for plasma and flame cutting. The flame cutting system supports cutting from 7 mm to 100 mm or more, while plasma cutting thickness depends on the selected plasma source.
With anti-collision protection, electrical limit switches, mechanical bumpers, automatic wear compensation, and precision rack-and-pinion motion, the RWCUT 2500 is suited for demanding fabrication, structural steel, and industrial metal-cutting operations.
