The Ralli Wolf AG449 is a 5" pneumatic angle grinder engineered for durability under heavy, repeated shop use. Its bevel gear undergoes particular heat treatment to increase resistance to wear, while the cylinder is heat-treated and precision-ground for dimensional accuracy — together extending tool life and keeping operation smooth even after extended service.

Running at 11000 RPM on a 125mm (5") disc, the AG449 handles cutting, grinding and surface preparation across metal fabrication, welding cleanup and general workshop work. An auxiliary handle mounts to the body for a secondary grip point, giving operators more stable, comfortable control during extended or high-pressure grinding tasks.

As a pneumatic tool, it runs off a compressed air supply through a 1/4" air inlet, drawing 4.48 cfm (126.87 L/min), and requires a minimum 3/8" (10mm) hose to deliver adequate airflow. At 1.76kg and 225mm in length, it stays manageable for one-handed or two-handed use depending on the task, with front exhaust routing air away from the operator's working area.
