The Ralli Wolf RDA 2500 is a drawn arc type stud welding machine built for industrial applications requiring strong, spatter-free stud attachment onto metal surfaces — including painted or pre-coated items where conventional welding methods would damage the finish. Running on a 415V ± 10%, 3-phase, 50Hz supply, it's engineered for continuous industrial production environments.

Drawn arc stud welding creates a full-strength bond by drawing an arc between the stud and base metal before plunging the stud into the molten pool — producing a strong, reliable weld without visible spatter on the surrounding surface. This makes the RDA 2500 well suited to visible or finished applications like architectural lighting, name plates and food service equipment, where weld cleanliness matters as much as strength.

With a welding current range of 250–2500A and the ability to handle stud diameters from 6–25mm and lengths up to 400mm, the RDA 2500 covers a wide range of stud welding jobs across construction, shipbuilding and heavy fabrication. Welding time is adjustable from 0.01–9.99 seconds, giving operators precise control to match stud size and material thickness. Forced cooling keeps the machine running reliably through sustained industrial use at 107 KVA rated input.
