Product Description
GEE GETIG 316L / ER316L is a low-carbon, molybdenum-alloyed stainless steel TIG filler rod designed for welding 316L austenitic stainless steels of similar composition.
The deposited weld metal provides improved resistance to general corrosion and pitting, making it suitable for marine and industrial environments. It is widely used in chemical process plants and is suitable for welding ASTM 316 / 316L grades.

Corrosion Resistance
The deposited weld metal provides good resistance to general and intergranular corrosion in severe environments, including hot dilute acids, along with good resistance to chloride pitting corrosion.
