Ralli Wolf OS-306 Dust Free Dual Action Orbital Sander – 6" Velcro Pad
RALLI WOLF
Orbital sander

The Ralli Wolf OS-306 is a dust-free, dual-action orbital sander built for clean, efficient surface finishing across a larger working area than the compact OS-303. Its dust-free design draws sanding debris away from the surface as it works, keeping the workspace cleaner and cutting down on airborne dust during extended sanding sessions.
The dual-action mechanism combines rotary and orbital movement for a smoother, more even finish than a purely rotary sander, reducing the risk of visible swirl marks — especially valuable on automotive paint, primer and body filler work where surface quality is critical. A 6" velcro-type pad covers more surface per pass than smaller sanders, making it a better fit for larger panels and flatter areas where speed matters.
Running at 11,000 RPM with a 6mm orbit diameter, the OS-306 is tuned for efficient finishing across bigger jobs. As with all Ralli Wolf air tools, it requires a compressed air supply at 90 PSI and needs oil lubrication for reliable long-term performance. At 0.9kg, it stays manageable despite its larger pad size.
