ADOR ZEDALLOY 350 is a hardfacing welding electrode designed for applications requiring a good combination of abrasion and impact resistance. It features a rutile coating and produces an air-hardenable weld deposit that can be machined using carbide tools.
The electrode offers high weld metal recovery, resistance to friction, and a balanced combination of abrasion and impact properties. A Tenalloy-16 buffer layer is recommended when ZEDALLOY 350 is applied over hard base materials.
ZEDALLOY 350 is suitable for wear-resistant components such as plough shares, shear blades, girth gears, excavators, conveyor parts, kiln tyre supporting rollers, wobbler ends, cams, and gear shafts.
