The Metro Complete Pipe Die Set is a full pipe threading kit built for cutting external threads onto pipe ends for plumbing, gas fitting and pipework fabrication. The set includes the die stock body, spare two-piece dies, spare bushes and a wrench — everything needed to thread pipe in a range of sizes without sourcing components separately.

Hardened alloy steel nuts on the die stock hold the two-piece dies securely in place during threading, keeping the cut aligned and consistent under the torque of manual operation. The two-piece die design allows for worn dies to be replaced individually rather than discarding the whole die head, and spare bushes let the same die stock body adapt across different pipe diameters within a size range.

The range spans three die stock sizes — covering 1/2" to 1" BSP/BSC, 1-1/4" to 2" BSP, and 2-1/2" to 3" BSP — with corresponding spare dies and bushes available separately for each range, letting workshops maintain and resupply their threading kit as dies wear rather than replacing the entire set.
