Ralli Wolf FSR1 Pneumatic Floor Sand Rammer – Long Reach, Foundry Grade
RALLI WOLF
RAMMER
20 In Stock
The Ralli Wolf FSR1 is a long-reach pneumatic floor sand rammer built for compacting moulding sand in floor-level and large-format foundry moulds where a bench-mounted rammer like the BSR1 can't reach. Its extended 1258mm overall length lets operators work standing, ramming sand down into deep or ground-level mould boxes without awkward bending or reduced leverage.
Like the rest of Ralli Wolf's ramming range, the FSR1 delivers high power for fast, thorough compaction, paired with a simple internal valve that keeps the ramming action smooth rather than jerky. This consistency matters directly for casting quality — uneven sand density is a common cause of casting defects, so a controlled, repeatable strike pattern helps maintain uniform mould compaction across large or deep sand beds.
At 800 blows per minute with a 152mm stroke, the FSR1 trades some strike frequency for a longer, deeper stroke than the BSR1's — suited to the larger sand volumes typical of floor moulding work. It runs on a 1/2" BSP air inlet, drawing 25 cfm, and at 11kg is built for sustained two-handed foundry floor use.
