The DongCheng HD114001 270mm 3-in-1 Tube Bender is engineered for smooth, kink-free bending of soft copper, aluminum, and thin-walled brass tubing. Constructed from die-cast aluminum alloy, it provides rigid leverage while remaining lightweight and portable.

Its integrated triple-channel guide head supports 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm outer diameter tubes. High-contrast angle markings allow precise bends from 0° up to 180° without flattening or wrinkling the tube walls. The 270mm lever handles provide balanced torque control for HVAC lines and automotive piping. Packaged in a color box.

Key Features

  • Die-Cast Aluminum Alloy Body: One-piece die-cast construction ensures high strength without excessive tool weight.
  • 3-in-1 Triple-Channel Forming Head: Accommodates 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm metric tubes in a single tool.
  • Smooth 0° to 180° Bending: Calibrated degree scale allows accurate bending angles.
  • Kink-Free Forming: Radiused bending shoe prevents tube wall collapse, crimping, or cross-sectional flattening.
  • 270mm Balanced Lever Arms: Provides steady manual leverage for smooth bends.
  • Color Box Packaging: Supplied in a color box for shop storage and protection.

Applications

  • Bending copper refrigerant lines in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Automotive brake, fuel, and transmission fluid line routing
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic soft metal tubing installations
  • Plumbing instrumentation and gas line installations
