The DongCheng HD112015 180mm Professional Glass Cutter is a high-grade automatic-oiling glazier tool built for cutting thick architectural glass, heavy mirrors, and commercial display panels. Forged from lightweight, high-strength aluminum alloy with an ergonomic textured barrel, it provides slip-free finger traction and precise balance during straight and curved scoring runs.
Engineered with an automatic oil-feed system, the hollow handle reservoir continuously delivers cutting fluid to the ultra-hard tungsten carbide scoring wheel during downward pressure, ensuring smooth scoring and extended blade life. Capable of scoring thick glass ranging from 5mm up to 15mm with an extended service life rated up to 20,000 meters. Features a solid metal tapping ball end and includes 1 PC precision oil suction pipe (dropper). Packaged in a protective slide blister pack.
