The Ralli Wolf CB117 is a heavy-duty pneumatic concrete breaker built for tough construction and demolition work — breaking through floors, pavement and road surfaces where lighter tools would struggle. Marketed as one of the toughest breakers in its class, it's designed for contractors and demolition crews who need reliable, sustained breaking power on hard, thick surfaces.
Delivering an impact rate of 1200 blows per minute through a 57mm piston diameter and 165mm piston stroke, the CB117 combines high-frequency impact with strong per-blow force — a combination suited to fracturing dense concrete, asphalt and road surfaces efficiently. At 740mm in length and 37kg in weight, it's built as a two-handed, stand-operated breaker rather than a lightweight handheld tool, giving operators the leverage needed to control it during heavy demolition.
It runs on a 6 bar air supply through a 19mm air inlet, higher pressure than Ralli Wolf's standard 90 PSI air tools, so it needs a construction-grade compressor capable of sustaining that output. The 32 x 160mm shank size is a standard fitting for this class of breaker, allowing compatible points and chisels to be used interchangeably.
